Responded: Galaxy Note 8 Battery Related Issue
User’s reported battery related issues on their Galaxy Note 8 mobile devices, Samsung has now finally takes an action and responded to this issue of battery. The SAMSUNG Company released a statement in which said that SAMSUNG is taking all the reports its users seriously. They are considering the reason for the demolish of Note 7 were the issues related to its battery, and this is very important to give a response about the device.
The problem was written by Galaxy Note 8 users on company’s United States (US) community page where the users wrote that their phones won’t charge once there battery was completely drained. In some cases, the Samsung phone did not show any indication of charging when connected to a socket charger.
“Of course, Samsung is taking all reports of this kind seriously, we only received a very small number of customer inquiries that could be linked to charge management, and unfortunately we can only comment on the matter further if we have more detailed information about the affected devices,” the Samsung stated.
Company’s spokesperson said, “This particular problem with the Note 8 not turning on is definitely something that we want to get addressed immediately.”
More time is needed to see if the problem is fixed on these devices or many other reports related to this comes out. Rather, if you are a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 user, you should make sure your data is backed up on daily or even after 12 hours basis. There is no other kind of knowing whether your mobile phone faces the same condition unless you fully drain the battery. So the best option is to always charge your mobile phone before it’s completely drained, until the more answers provided by the Samsung company about this battery issue so be careful.
